Based in the heart of Brussels, just steps from the European Parliament, UEIL champions the interests of the European lubricants industry at the highest levels of EU policymaking.
Our Public Affairs Task Force leads UEIL’s advocacy efforts, ensuring the lubricants industry has a strong and respected voice in Brussels. We engage with the European Commission, European Chemicals Agency (ECHA), MEPs, Member States and key stakeholders to give them the technical insight and real-world expertise necessary for developing science-based effective legislation.

With speakers from the European Commission and Parliament, and participants from Member States, industry associations, and across the lubricants value chain, the event showcased the power of democracy, civic engagement, and proactive industry participation.
